HOTEL IMPERIAL, VIENNA
Vienna, Austria
The sumptuous Hotel Imperial was built in
1863 as the Vienna residence of the Prince of Württemberg, then into the Hotel Imperial for the universal exhibition in 1873. The Hotel is one of the few hotels in the world and the only hotel in Austria offering a personal butler service. The one-year restoration of the hotel’s ground floor, led by esteemed British interior designer, Alex Kravetz, unveiled the landmark lobby, a signature restaurant, destination bar, Imperial Café and Imperial Torte. On the hotel’s top floor, rooms afford breathtaking views, while quarters below impress with historic pomp and palatial ceilings.
